Professional Chemical Engineer, worked in the Oil & Gas consulting industry for 30+ years in US. Managed a successful business as a partner, sold the company and retired in 2018 as a VP of Energy Sector in Stantec.

Later he pursued his studies in financial planning and retirement strategies to augment his interest and own personal retirement & investing learning process through the years. Kanna is a licensed insurance professional in the State of California to assist his interest in insurance-oriented tax-free retirement planning.

Kanna has helped setting up retirement plans for many Nagarathars and friends in the past 5+ years. In addition to part time freelance consulting in his area of energy industry expertise, he continues to help people in the area of retirement, balanced investing and wealth management plans, mentoring high school kids for college prep, temple advisory board, etc.
