Siva Singaram is the Co-founder of Pristine Sterling Capital, a real estate private equity firm with more than $50M in assets under management. He has raised more than $10M, just from his friends and family. Through this firm, he and his wife do ground-up development of luxury homes in the Bay Area. They are very excited about bringing rigorous data analysis, management systems, and creative designs to the home-building process and giving out-sized returns to their investors.

Prior to that, Siva had co-founded two other startups in the advertising technology and educational technology space. At the ad-tech firm, he was one of the largest users of Google's advertising API early on and got more than 1.2M customers for his clients. In the ed-tech startup, he had more than 200,000 students from 1,500 schools and is proud to have won the best educational app award for 2015. He also led the product management at a Big Data startup where he saw its valuation rise from $100M to $4.2B.

Siva did his bachelor's at IIT Madras and MBA at IIM Calcutta and is very active in their alumni associations. Siva is an advisor for startups in the data space and also mentors entrepreneurial workshops at the college and high school levels.

Siva is from Kilasevalpatti and currently lives in Cupertino, CA with his wife, three girls, and their furry brother. In his free time, he coaches and plays competitive volleyball.
