AL Kannan started his career in 1991, as an IT consultant he has helped several companies implement Enterprise Resource Planning and Sales & Operations Planning systems. He has been helping McDonald’s for the past 12+ years implementing Supply Chain Solutions worldwide. His experience also includes manufacturing, inventory, procurement, and financial areas. Since 2002 he is on his own, running an IT solutions company. In the coming years he plans to help companies implement Forecasting and Integrated Business Planning solutions.

With over 20 years in corporate American, her experiences span areas such as business analysis, project management, supplier/contract management, SAP development and human resources. While she moved from area to area, she realized that her passion throughout every experience was the ability to connect with people, build relationships, help uncover their potential and do it in a manner that is inclusive and equitable. Sathu has her undergraduate degrees in engineering and in management information systems as well as her MBA with a focus in Strategic HR.

Sathu knows how important entrepreneurship is to the community - her husband Alagappan is an entrepreneur who focuses in the areas of real estate and recreation. Sathu, Alagappan and their kids Sooria and Kavya enjoy travelling, staying active, and experiencing new things.

Kumar also works as a Realtor focusing on properties in Austin and the sorrounding suburbs.

In addition, he also run's a childcare business in Frisco, Texas. Latha and Senthil have two lovely daughters, Sindhu and Suriya. Sindhu is pursuing medicine at USF, Tampa. Suriya is a freshman in UT Austin, studying Electrical and Computer Engineering. Senthil love's application of predictive analytics for optimizing businesses. And his passion is teaching children at high-school and college level. Senthil has conducted a five week-end intro to analytics session for dallas area kids a few years ago. Once the covid crisis is over, hope to do more of these sessions focusing on basics of finance & investing-- for highschool and college kids.
